Semester A.I Terms of Service

Welcome to our application! By using our application, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service”).

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our application. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use our application.

User Conduct

You agree to use our application in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You may not use our application to engage in any illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to:

Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
Impersonating any person or entity;
Posting or transmitting any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials;
Posting or transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

Intellectual Property

All content on our application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of our application or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise use any content on our application without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our application or the information, content, materials or products included on our application. You expressly agree that your use of our application is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of our application.

Modifications to Terms

Your continued use of our application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Termination

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
