We at Bawano Technologies (“Bawano”, “we”, “our” or “us”), the developers of the Semester A.I app(“the app”, “our app”) respect and hold your privacy at the highest regard and are strongly committed to safeguarding any information you provide us. This Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to the information you provide or we collect from or about you when you use our app.

- Usage Data: We may automatically collect information about your use of our app, such as the types of content that you view or engage with, the features you use and the actions you take, the app version, type of mobile device, and your current network connection.

A note about accuracy: Language model services such as the ones used in the app for teaching purposes generate responses by reading a user’s request and, in response, predicting the words most likely to appear next. In some cases, the words most likely to appear next may not be the most factually accurate. For this reason, you should not rely on the factual accuracy of output from these models.
5. Data Security and Retention
We implement measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorised access,misuse, use, alteration, and disclosure. All data is encrypted in transit and we do not use cookies or similar technologies. However it is important to understand that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other types of misuse.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or for other legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, safety and security reasons, or complying with our legal obligations. After which the personal information is either deleted or anonymized.
